May 2024 Down Payment Match and Vacation Drawing

This promotion is valid from May 1, 2024, until May 31, 2024. Patients who start full treatment (braces or Invisalign) are eligible for one entry into the drawing. An official “start” of treatment is defined as signature of contract and down payment made. Down payment match of up to $500 will be honored from 5/1/24-5/31/24. The winner of the vacation drawing will be announced June 3, 2024, and will receive an $1,800 gift card to Kalahari or Great Wolf Lodge and a $500 Visa gift card for food or other incidentals. If the winner is a minor, the gift cards will be presented to the patient’s financially responsible party. This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
